Holyoke Smokes Corp holds Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission license MD1284 as a Marijuana Delivery Operator. The license authorizes BlazeXpress to:

• Purchase wholesale cannabis from licensed Massachusetts cultivators and processors
• Store, package, and dispense cannabis from our licensed Holyoke facility
• Deliver directly to adult-use customers (21+) across Massachusetts
• Operate licensed delivery vehicles with two-way audio/video recording and GPS tracking, per state regulation

The regulations that govern every order.

Massachusetts cannabis is regulated by the Cannabis Control Commission under 935 CMR 500, the comprehensive set of rules for adult-use cannabis establishments. Key sections that govern BlazeXpress operations:

• 935 CMR 500.105 — Adult-use customer eligibility (21+, valid government-issued photo ID required for every purchase).

Age verification.

Every BlazeXpress customer must be 21 or older with a valid government-issued photo ID. We verify ID twice on every order:

1. At order placement — first-time customers upload a photo of their ID to our verification system. Returning customers skip this step but their ID is on file.
2. At delivery — the driver re-verifies the same ID at the door. The name on the ID must match the name on the order. No match, no delivery.

Massachusetts daily purchase limits.

• Flower: 1 ounce (28 grams) per customer per day
• Concentrate: 5 grams per customer per day
• Edibles: 5 mg THC per serving / 100 mg THC per package; aggregate cap equivalent to 1 oz flower
• Vapes and other formats: Equivalency rules apply based on THC content

Limits are enforced statewide through the Metrc seed-to-sale tracking system. Multiple orders in a single day across multiple dispensaries (including BlazeXpress) are aggregated against the same daily cap.

Payment.

Massachusetts cannabis regulations require payment by cash, debit card, or approved cashless ATM systems — credit cards cannot be processed for cannabis transactions due to federal banking restrictions. BlazeXpress accepts: Cash, Debit cards, Chime, Venmo, Check, or Money Order at the door. No credit cards. No online pre-payment.

Taxes.

Massachusetts adult-use cannabis sales include three taxes totaling up to 20%:

• 10.75% state cannabis excise tax
• 6.25% state sales tax
• Up to 3% local option tax (Springfield, Holyoke, Chicopee, and most Western Mass towns charge the full 3%)

Tax breakdown appears on every receipt and is included in the price you see at checkout.

Cannabis Control Commission product recalls are issued through the CCC website and are applied immediately to the BlazeXpress menu — any affected product is removed from availability and customers who purchased it are contacted directly.
