Frequently asked
Common questions about cannabis delivery in Springfield, MA.
Quick answers to what most Western Mass customers ask before their first order.
BlazeXpress delivers cannabis across Western Massachusetts including Springfield, Holyoke, Chicopee, Agawam, Longmeadow, East Longmeadow, West Springfield, Hampden, Southwick, and Ludlow. Visit any city page for a full list of neighborhoods and ZIP codes we serve.
Most BlazeXpress deliveries arrive in 60 to 90 minutes from order confirmation. Holyoke delivers fastest (30–60 min), Springfield is 45–75 min, and outlying towns like Hampden and Southwick may take 75–105 min. You'll get a text when our driver is 10 minutes out.
No — BlazeXpress delivery is free on every order, in every city we serve. No service fees, no convenience charges, no per-mile surcharge, no destination upcharge. The menu price you see at checkout is the price you pay (plus Massachusetts cannabis tax). Cash tips at the door are appreciated but never expected.
BlazeXpress customer service is open 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM daily. Delivery hours are 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM. For same-day delivery, place your order by 7:00 PM — orders later in the evening may roll to the next day depending on driver capacity and your delivery zone.
Yes — you can shop in person at our Holyoke location, 85 Sargeant St, or have any order delivered free. Browse the menu with our staff in store, or order online and let a licensed Massachusetts delivery agent bring it to your door. Same lab-tested products, same prices either way. You must be 21+ with a valid government-issued photo ID.
Yes — Massachusetts law (935 CMR 500) requires every cannabis customer to be 21 or older with a valid government-issued photo ID. BlazeXpress verifies ID once during your first order and re-verifies at the door on every delivery.
BlazeXpress accepts any valid government-issued photo ID showing you're 21+: US driver's license, US passport, US military ID, state-issued ID card. Out-of-state IDs work as long as they're valid and not expired. The name on the ID must match the name on the order.
No — Massachusetts cannabis regulations require the person placing the order to be the same person receiving the delivery. Both ID verification and payment must come from the registered customer.
BlazeXpress accepts Cash, Debit cards, Chime, Venmo, Check, and Money Order — all at the door at delivery (or pre-arranged for Check/MO). We do NOT accept credit cards or online pre-payment because federal banking law restricts credit card networks from processing cannabis transactions. Most customers use cash or debit at the door.
Delivery is free on every BlazeXpress order — no service fees, no convenience charges, no surge pricing. Cash tips at the door are appreciated but never expected; they go directly to your driver and are never built into the order price.
BlazeXpress carries lab-tested flower (Indica, Sativa, Hybrid), pre-rolls, infused pre-rolls, vape cartridges, disposable vapes, edibles (gummies, chocolates, beverages), concentrates (live resin, live rosin, badder, shatter, hash), tinctures, topicals, and CBD products.
Yes — BlazeXpress delivers same day across Western Massachusetts. Delivery hours are 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM daily, and the same-day cutoff is 7:00 PM: order before then and it goes out the same day. Typical door-to-door time is 60 to 90 minutes from order confirmation (Holyoke 30–60, Springfield 45–75, outlying towns like Hampden and Southwick 75–105). Orders placed after the cutoff may roll to the next delivery window depending on driver capacity and your zone.
You get order-status updates by text rather than a live map. BlazeXpress texts you when your order is confirmed and again when the driver is about 10 minutes out, so you know when to be at the door with your ID. Massachusetts regulations require the driver to hand the order to the verified customer in person, so knowing the arrival window matters more than tracking the vehicle. For a status check on an order already placed, call (413) 412-8525 during customer service hours (9:00 AM to 9:00 PM daily).
The BlazeXpress menu is live — it reflects current inventory at our Holyoke facility and rotates daily as product arrives from our Massachusetts cultivator partners and as items sell through. Flower is dispensed within 90 days of cultivation, so the flower list in particular turns over frequently. If a strain or brand you want isn't showing, it's out of stock rather than discontinued; check back or call (413) 412-8525 and we'll tell you what's inbound.
Yes. First-time customers can call BlazeXpress at (413) 412-8525 between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM daily and our team will walk through the differences between flower, pre-rolls, vapes, edibles, concentrates, and tinctures, explain how Massachusetts dosing limits work (5 mg THC per edible serving, 100 mg per package), and help you pick a starting point. We can't give medical advice, but we can explain what each product category is, how it's typically used, and how long effects usually last. You must be 21+ with a valid government-issued photo ID to order.
