How long does delivery take?

Most BlazeXpress deliveries arrive in 60 to 90 minutes from order confirmation. Holyoke delivers fastest (30–60 min), Springfield is 45–75 min, and outlying towns like Hampden and Southwick may take 75–105 min. You'll get a text when our driver is 10 minutes out.

Is there a delivery fee?

No — BlazeXpress delivery is free on every order, in every city we serve. No service fees, no convenience charges, no per-mile surcharge, no destination upcharge. The menu price you see at checkout is the price you pay (plus Massachusetts cannabis tax). Cash tips at the door are appreciated but never expected.

Is BlazeXpress open today?

BlazeXpress customer service is open 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM daily. Delivery hours are 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM. For same-day delivery, place your order by 7:00 PM — orders later in the evening may roll to the next day depending on driver capacity and your delivery zone.

Do I need an ID to place an order?

Yes — Massachusetts law (935 CMR 500) requires every cannabis customer to be 21 or older with a valid government-issued photo ID. BlazeXpress verifies ID once during your first order and re-verifies at the door on every delivery.

What forms of ID do you accept?

BlazeXpress accepts any valid government-issued photo ID showing you're 21+: US driver's license, US passport, US military ID, state-issued ID card. Out-of-state IDs work as long as they're valid and not expired. The name on the ID must match the name on the order.

Can I order for someone else?

No — Massachusetts cannabis regulations require the person placing the order to be the same person receiving the delivery. Both ID verification and payment must come from the registered customer.

What payment methods do you accept?

BlazeXpress accepts Cash, Debit cards, Chime, Venmo, Check, and Money Order — all at the door at delivery (or pre-arranged for Check/MO). We do NOT accept credit cards or online pre-payment because federal banking law restricts credit card networks from processing cannabis transactions. Most customers use cash or debit at the door.

Is there sales tax on cannabis in Massachusetts?

Yes — Massachusetts cannabis purchases are taxed at up to 20% total: 10.75% state excise tax, 6.25% state sales tax, and up to 3% local option tax. The breakdown shows on your receipt and is included in the menu price you see in checkout.
