• Account & order information. Name, date of birth, email, phone, delivery address, and a copy of your government-issued ID for age verification — required by Massachusetts cannabis regulations.
• Payment information. We don’t accept online payments. Cash and debit are collected at the door.
• Communications. Messages you send through our contact form, driver applications, or directly via email or phone.
• Website activity. Browser type, device, referring URL, and pages visited (collected via privacy-respecting analytics).

How we use it

• To verify your age and identity (required by MA law)
• To fulfill and deliver your order
• To respond to inquiries and provide support
• To send order updates and ETAs
• To comply with Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission record-keeping requirements
• To improve our website and service

How we share it

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

• Service providers who process orders, deliveries, and communications on our behalf (under strict confidentiality)
• The Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission, when required by law
• Law enforcement, when legally compelled

Data retention

We retain transaction records for the duration required by Massachusetts cannabis regulations (currently 5 years). Marketing data can be removed sooner — see “Your rights” below.

Your rights

You can request to see, correct, or delete your personal information by emailing info@blazexpress.com. We’ll respond within 30 days. Note: data required by Massachusetts cannabis regulations cannot be deleted prior to its retention period.

Cookies & analytics

We use first-party cookies for essential site function (like remembering your age-verification status) and may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand site usage. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

Children

Our site and services are for adults 21 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21.

We may update this policy. The “last updated” date at the top reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated by email or homepage notice.
