Most BlazeXpress deliveries arrive in 60 to 90 minutes from order confirmation. Holyoke delivers fastest (30–60 min), Springfield is 45–75 min, and outlying towns like Hampden and Southwick may take 75–105 min. You'll get a text when our driver is 10 minutes out.

What's the minimum order and delivery fee?

Delivery is free on every order that meets the city's minimum — no service fees, no convenience charges, no fine print.

BlazeXpress customer service is open 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM daily. Delivery hours are 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM. For same-day delivery, place your order by 7:00 PM — orders later in the evening may roll to the next day depending on driver capacity and your delivery zone.

BlazeXpress accepts any valid government-issued photo ID showing you're 21+: US driver's license, US passport, US military ID, state-issued ID card. Out-of-state IDs work as long as they're valid and not expired. The name on the ID must match the name on the order.

No — Massachusetts cannabis regulations require the person placing the order to be the same person receiving the delivery. Both ID verification and payment must come from the registered customer.

BlazeXpress accepts Cash, Debit cards, Chime, Venmo, Check, and Money Order — all at the door at delivery (or pre-arranged for Check/MO). We do NOT accept credit cards or online pre-payment because federal banking law restricts credit card networks from processing cannabis transactions. Most customers use cash or debit at the door.

BlazeXpress flower is dispensed within 90 days of cultivation and stored in climate-controlled conditions. Edibles, vapes, and concentrates are well within their stamped expiration dates. Inventory rotates daily based on what arrives from our cultivator partners.

How much weed can I buy at once?

As of April 19, 2026, Massachusetts caps daily cannabis purchases at two ounces (56 g) of flower per customer per day, up from the previous 1 oz limit. The Cannabis Control Commission raised the limit by administrative order. Equivalency caps apply across other product types (concentrate, edibles, vapes), and individual product packaging still follows the standard MA limits (5 mg THC per edible serving, 100 mg THC per package, etc.).

Each customer's daily purchase limit (2 oz flower equivalent as of April 2026) applies across all orders, not just one. BlazeXpress and every other Massachusetts licensed dispensary checks against the state Metrc system to prevent stacking orders above the limit.

What if I'm not home when the driver arrives?

Per Massachusetts state law, the driver can only deliver to the verified customer at the delivery address. If you're not available, BlazeXpress reschedules for another window. Repeated no-shows may incur a restocking fee.

Residential Airbnb? Yes — if the Airbnb is a private residential house, apartment, or condo and you're the registered guest with matching ID. Hotel or motel?
