These Terms of Service govern your use of the BlazeXpress website and delivery service operated by Holyoke Smokes Corp (“BlazeXpress,” “we,” “our”). By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Age & eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old with valid government-issued ID to access this site or use our services. Massachusetts law strictly limits cannabis purchases to verified adults. Misrepresenting your age is a violation of state and federal law.

Service area & availability

BlazeXpress delivers to specific cities in Western Massachusetts listed on this site. We may decline orders outside our service area, beyond our daily capacity, or for any other legitimate business reason. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

Orders & payment

• Minimum order varies by city: $50 (Springfield, Holyoke, Chicopee); $75 (most outer cities); $95 (Hampden, Southwick)
• Payment at the door: Cash, Debit, Chime, Venmo, Check, or Money Order. We do NOT accept credit cards or online pre-payment.
• Daily purchase limits apply per Massachusetts law: 2 oz flower equivalent per consumer per day (raised from 1 oz by CCC administrative order April 19, 2026)
• We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion (full refund if charged)

ID verification

You agree to present the same valid government-issued ID that matches your account at the time of delivery. Our driver will verify your age before completing the sale. Failure to provide valid ID will result in a canceled delivery and may incur a restocking fee.

Returns & refunds

All sales are final, per Massachusetts cannabis regulations. If you receive a defective product or have a complaint, contact us within 48 hours and we’ll work with you on a case-by-case basis.

Conduct

You agree to use our service legally and respectfully. Threats, harassment, or hostile behavior toward our staff or drivers will result in immediate termination of your account.

Intellectual property

The BlazeXpress name, logo, and site content are owned by Holyoke Smokes Corp. You may not copy, redistribute, or use them without written permission.

Disclaimers

Cannabis products are not approved by the FDA to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Side effects may include impaired driving, drowsiness, and altered judgment. Do not operate vehicles or heavy machinery while under the influence. Keep all cannabis products out of reach of children, pets, and unauthorized adults.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BlazeXpress and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service or products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order in question.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Hampden County, MA.

Changes

We may update these terms. The “last updated” date reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
